Where our graduates work 

IIn the past five years, our graduates have gone to work in nine countries, 42 states, the District of Columbia, and three U.S. territories. That includes positions in major markets such as New York, Washington, Atlanta, and California. They work in law firms ranging from boutique to global; in industry and public service; within state and federal government; and the judiciary.

Summer Success 2022

Career Center Director Claudette Harris hosted an hourlong webinar with professionals in both public and private practice (including three Emory Law alumni), on how to make the best impression during your upcoming summer internship. So you want to practice entertainment law?

On Nov. 10, 2021, Jasna Hasanbasic 15L , senior director for Business & Legal Affairs at Sony Music Entertainment joined the Career Center for an Alumni Lunch & Learn Zoom session. She shared her knowledge of the industry and took questions from students.

Law, Fintech and Cryptocurrency

On Nov. 3, 2021, BitPay General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Eden Doniger 02L and Troutman Pepper Partner James W. Stevens joined Career Center Senior Director Natasha Patel for a live session on what it’s like to practice in the realm of cryptocurrency and fintech.

Courtroom vs. Boardroom

On Oct. 27, 2021, Career Center Director Emily Bramer 02L led an hour-long panel discussion with Emory Law alumni who shared their experience and insights regarding litigation versus transactional law. She was joined by  Isabel Garcia 99L and Angie Yeremian 04L (transactional law) as well as Irvin Hernandez 16L and Ruth Rocker McMullin 00L (litigation).
