Faculty, Biostatistics and Bioinformatics

My work focuses on the development, application, and interpretation of a variety of statistical methods in biomedical research. Most of it concentrates on study of biomarkers and risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. My research interest involves gene-environment interactions, analysis of high-dimensional data, and developing novel analytical strategies to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of complex diseases.
