Clinical Distinctions
The Clinical Distinctions designation program is an annual School of Medicine program designed to recognize faculty who have devoted a majority of their time and careers to providing excellence in clinical care. Regular faculty who have a minimum of 0.5 FTE and devote at least half their time to clinical efforts (patient care and clinical administraton) are eligible for these distinctions. Distinctions are awarded at three levels: Senior Physician, Distinguished Physician, and Eminent Physician. If you are interested in being nominated, please contact your Division Director. - Clinical service statement - document to address the four categories of achievement as applicable (quality of care and patient satisfaction, innovation, administration, citizenship)
- A suggested evaluator list that your division director will use to solicit letters of support
