This project is a multi-site randomized controlled trial will test the efficacy of an outpatient palliative care intervention for adults with cystic fibrosis. The intervention comprises symptom management, goals of care elicitation, and care coordination, and is the first palliative care intervention in CF or any such genetic illness without curative options.
