**Message sent on behalf of Carolyn C. Meltzer, MD FACR, Executive Associate Dean, Faculty Academic Advancement, Leadership & Inclusion**
These are extraordinary times. We are deeply grateful to all of our faculty: those who are on the front lines providing patient care, those who are carrying on critical biomedical research that will help us address this and future health challenges, and those who are delivering on our education mission in new and creative ways.
The health and safety of our faculty is our top priority. While programs that we feel are best delivered in person have been postponed, we have transitioned into virtual learning for many programs. Changes have been noted on the SOM intranet.
Please be reassured that appointments, promotions, and other critical functions of the SOM FAALI Office are proceeding. We urge you to take steps to maintain your own wellness in this difficult time. Our team is here for you.
Stay safe.
