Researcher Survival Skills Workshops

This new workshop series is designed to provide researchers with the skills they need to succeed in academic medicine.  Not only will we discuss traditional skills such as manuscript and grant writing, but we will also address lab/research team management, people skills, navigating research administration, and other topics not covered in professional school.  

Manuscript Mentoring Program

Need help preparing your manuscript for publication? Submit a request to be paired with a senior faculty member with extensive publication experience.

Clinical Research Bootcamp

Starting your clinical research career can be overwhelming. The Clinical Research Bootcamp is a full-day workshop designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the major components involved in clinical research. There are now three bootcamp levels, 101, 201, and 301, each digging deeper into clinical research.

Speed Networking

Basic and clinical researchers from across Emory Medicine are paired up to discuss research opportunities for collaboration in a series of short face-to-face meetings, followed by a networking reception. Previous topics included child health, cardiovascular research, and neurology.

Health Services Research Day

The annual Health Services Research Day is an opportunity to share the breadth of quality, effectiveness, and value-based research activities and network with colleagues across the state of Georgia.
